Great quick communication!

Stayed during hurricane but made the best of a wet situation. House is nice, location is fine but having a golf cart made the location easy for the older folks. House could use a good clean and spaying for ants would be a good idea. Lower level room was useless due to humidity, dampness and mold. Beds were comfortable, it was great sheets and towels were provided. However just having sheets in the bedroom doors were kind of uncomfortable for privacy. With kids the 3rd floor balcony rails have no supports and made us nervous. Despite the weather it was a good vacation home. If we ever decide to stay in ocean isle again we would definitely use the same property manager. The communication with us was top notch thank you.
