Big enough for 9 ... cozy enough for 2! Come have fun in the sun at our beautiful vacation home in the outstanding resort community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes. This vacationer's dream offers a multi-million dollar clubhouse where you can swim in either the indoor or outdoor pool, soak in the hot tub, work out in the state-of-the art fitness center, play billiards and ping-pong in the game room, watch the big-screen tv, or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the Sunset Gazebo. Crab or fish off the dock, play pickleball and tennis, bike, kayak, take the kids to the playground - Bayside at Bethany Lakes has it all!

All guests who choose to use the recreation facilities at Bayside at Bethany Lakes are required to pay a Recreational Association fee of: $225

Linens and towels are NOT provided. You have the option to bring your own or we can manage rental for you.

The main suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, full bathroom with soaking tub, jacuzzi and separate shower.

A perfect vacation home for families! Upstairs, retreat to the family room where you will find a walk-out balcony, sofa, loveseat, 42' TV, DVD/VCR player, laundry room, full bathroom and three more sleeping areas. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are furnished with 4 twin and 1 queen bed. There is a two-car garage with plenty of storage for your convenience.

Bikes, sand toys, high chair and 2 pack n' plays provided for your enjoyment and convenience!

Location is everything! The clubhouse is an easy 3 minute walk from the front door. In the immediate area you'll find golf courses, gourmet restaurants, grocery store, gas station, seafood market and beverage store. Nearby, enjoy the championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes.

Getting to the beach couldn't be easier! Take Fred Hudson Road, not Route 26, and avoid the traffic.

We do not accept reservations for 'Senior Week'. House parties are not permitted.

We stayed in this property for a bachelorette weekend with 9 women. It was in a great, quiet location with a grocery store down the road and a short trove to Bethany beach. There was plenty of parking and the garage was very convenient. The house met all our needs and was able to accommodate everyone. The only inconveniences we had to work around was having a dining table for only 5 people and using the extra mattress on the floor. There was coffee table seating in the living room just below the open kitchen dining table so it worked for us, but wasn’t perfect. The house was in very good condition and clearly well kept. We did use the rental linens and we did not have any issues with them, it was just inconvenient to have to make our own beds. The host was very nice and responsive to questions. Overall, everyone was satisfied with the house and I would stay here again.

Lovely Villa. Had almost everything we needed. Close to Bethany Beach. Ocean City a bit far timewosedie to trafficOutdoor pool was large and clean. Rec center was nice. Loved having bikes to use and beach itemsCommunity was not. crowded or loud. Parking a couple of days was a challenge. Especially getting our one spot in front of the villa and our truck was too large for garage. Overall though great

Excellent Vacation!

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

House was very nice and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Amenities within complex were nice option for family activities. Beach options were a short ride and town center had lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again. Communication with host was always quick.

An Awesome Vacation Spot

We have been coming to Ocean City Maryland for several years now, but this is the first time we stayed at Bethany Beach. The property that we rented was very comfortable, and was fully stocked with any item you would need during your stay. Colleen, the host had everything laid out at our fingertips. Upon arrival. We absolutely loved the clubhouse amenities. When we were there, the indoor pool was almost like a private pool. We can’t thank Colleen enough for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home. We hope, if it is available to get the Same property next year. Thanks Mark.

Bethany Delight

This property was everything you could want and more.The 4 bedrooms were located where everyone could have privacy and the living room and family room on separate floors allowed us to do our own things if desired. My wife and I were there with our daughter, son inlaw and 3 small children. The closeness of the pool and easy drive to the beaches was perfect. I recommend this home highly and hope to rent again in the future.

"Villa" and "Resort Community" are a stretch and hidden costs

This 90s-style townhouse is a bit rundown, disorganized and lacks certain important features to be characterized as a "Villa." E.g., certain kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, toilet within main floor bedroom barely flushes, knob on dressers are not attached, the house sleep 10 but the only dining table seats just 4 persons, there is enough hot water for exactly 1 bath, there are basically no instructions on how to use anything in the house or what to do with trash as an off-season renter. There are also what could be considered hidden costs. "Linens" cost $144. Access to "resort community" amenities are at least an additional $210 for 6 people. Also, pool access was not even available even if you wanted to pay for it (which allegedly "never happened before"). No refund available if pool is not available "it's n the rental agreement". Owner will blame renter for broken toilet. Although, still unclear, it appears the owner expects renter to take trash bags with them home in their car because in the off-season there is no service to pick up the trash. Also, if you spill something on the kitchen floor the owner will say they could have kept your deposit just for that. Overall we liked the house because it was big but probably won't rent again because owner blamed us for broken toilet.

This property is even better than the pics! It is so clean, nice and well -stocked. It’s not close to beach but the neighborhood is so nice and quiet and we loved using the gym and pool The house felt like home! We will definitely stay here again!

It was such a pleasure working with Colleen and our booking was easy. The home was lovely, quiet place off the busy highway. We were impressed that the basic necessities were in the home like hand soaps as we always brought our own, the little things mattered. Great place for a pet too, neighbors had pets to which was great! The pool was quiet never crowded and the clubhouse staff was great!! Thank you for a beautiful vacation! Recommended eats was great too!!!

Nice digs but no view

Lovely and comfortable for all ages. "Ocean View" or "Bay Side" mislead since all the views are of more condos and pavement; there is no water view until you walk for 5 min. to the river/bay. Fairly short drive to the ocean. Owner seemed sweet and helpful.
