「Comfortable seating & sleeping accommodations. Decent complimentary breakfast. Disappointed there was no balcony & view was of a parking lot. 」

「Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. 」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating." Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was...

「If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones.」

「The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking.」
