Hotel needs maintenance, carpets need deep cleaning, rooms needs to be swept and moped, beds are clean but rest of room needs to be looked at. Bathroom needs maintenance and upgrade. Breakfast was good. Overall ok but this hotel has potential but needs maintenance and needs to be more clean.

Very Clean, comfortable beds, HOT TUB and indoor pool, Best price around, dog friendly with a welcome water bowl and treats! Outside sitting area is very cute and relaxing. Russell was amazing he is very good at his job! The only thing that fell short was the continental breakfast it was very little, there was cereal, toast, waffles. The hot tub and pool could use a new coat of paint. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Great staff! Amazing for little kids especially with the indoor pool! Complementary breakfast was amazing to have (saved us $ on buying overpriced food at the beach lol) the manager of the hotel was so kind and helpful when I asked for advice on stuff to do around the area he recommended an experience of a lifetime! Couldn’t be happier with my stay! We will definitely be back in the future if we take another trip to Rehoboth!

Rooms were clean. The staff was responsive to requests. Breakfast was fairly typical of a Continental Breakfast - waffles, cereal, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, etc. Pool was slightly chilly, but the hot tub was finally working after being out of service for several years. Appears to be under new management, but no significant changes from previous years. We have stayed here a number of times before and will do so again.

The location of the property was good and near the beach and other activities. The room was big, clean but we did not receive house keeping in the four days we were there. There were no black out curtains as advertised. The amenities could use an update, as they did not look like the pictures. Overall, the issues were small, it was good for the price and quiet.
