「Room had dirty garbage under the bed. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was terrible. It would go from totally off and hot in the room to on, loud and freezing. The pool was also gross. I understand that you pay more to stay on the beach- but room was gross.」

「The room was not near as clean as it should have been. The floor was kit cleaned properly, Dust bunnies all over the floor, shower floor needed cleaned. The whole bathroom needed scrubbed and you can tell it’s not.」

「Had to wait an hour because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. No housekeeping during our stay, trash piled up outside, and we had to track down housekeeping ourselves just to get fresh towels. Sand built up in the room since it was never cleaned, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and rarely acknowledged guests. Disappointing experience overall.」

「We were not impressed with this property. There were blood stains on our sheets, no coffee or water glasses. When we requested water glasses they said they did not supply those. Very close to the road so very noisy. Walls are very thin hard to sleep! Also no fire pit like in the photosz」

「For $450 a night I would expect the room to be much nicer. There was only one nightstand, the AC did not work well and neither did the fridge. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a hair that did not belong to us. They charge an additional $15 per night for parking but do not limit the amount of passes they give out so you may come back to the hotel and not be able to park in the lot that you literally paid for.
