「Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The coffee at the front desk could best be described as black water.」

「This hotel was very clean. Room was updated and comfortable. AC worked excellent! Convenient location to DE and OC. Front desk lady was rude at check in and when we called to ask questions! Room needs black out curtains that reach ceiling; the sun woke us at 5:30am every morning!」

「Everything was great. Only problem was the towels and bed. One out of the two towels there was a stain on it. The next day they changed the towels and there was a lipstick stain on one out of the two still. Noticed the bed is clean and was washed but there was hair on the sheets like stuck. Maybe the dryer needs cleaned.... so I used the cover from my car and slept on top of the covers.」

「The beds were dirty and so ungodly uncomfortable. You could literally hear your neighbors whisper. Bathroom was a water closet with only enough space for 1 person if that. Pictures were completely deceiving. There was trash floating in the pool.」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.」

「A body mirror is necessary in the 400 rooms. Had to do make-up in my car and use the reflection of the t.V to see how I look :) Other than that it is a really nice place to spend time with loved ones.」

「This is a very basic hotel. The shower was hot, the beds comfortable, the room was clean, and the beach was easy walking distance. Unfortunately, no one did anything about loud, disruptive behavior every night outside on hotel property. There was no coffee available early in the lobby and no coffee maker in the rooms. We had to ask for our microwave (which was brought quickly- I appreciated the maintenance and cleaning staff). The front desk staff was cordial, but was unable to give me a...

「Room 1007 The room was as expected. I love the 1st floor room with sand just outside my door!! The wall, in the shower needs repaired. I had to take the bedspread OFF. It smelled badly. Please wash them more regularly! Room was clean! Fridge froze my drinks lol You should update cable tvs to streaming services. Stay was a much needed rest! Thank you Castle in the Sand!!」

「Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.」
