That they fixed the hot tub extremely quick!!, staff was very nice, pool was warm. What was bad was no hair dryers, our room 107 was very clean, but the bathroom door gandle was falling iff and we could not shut the door otherwise we would get stuck in it, l9l. The main door extra lock did nothing but flap. BUT, once again very clean, comfortable bed, warm heat, and wonderful pillows. Would i stay again, definitely. Dont judge this little fem by some crappy reviews.

Staff was great as far as customer service. I had a big party stay there including Celebrities. One of the rooms had urine on the seat. Just nasty. The chair was broke in another room.we was over charged. I booked 12 rooms. I brought money there and i was not satisfied. If it wasnt for Tayvon your employee i would of left the 1st night!

Be wary of choosing Hotel Wave of Rehoboth Beach! One of the prime reasons we choose this hotel was that it advertised having a spa/hot tub. Upon arriving there on October 31, 2025, there was an old-looking, partially-torn sign pasted to the reception desk saying that the spa was not working right now, but it was being worked on and would be fixed shortly. We asked the front desk attendant, who claimed to be the manager, if the fix was expected that evening, otherwise we didn't want the accommodation and would cancel the reservation. She said she was working on the fix herself and that we could not cancel. We said that was unreasonable but we would stay that night, and if the spa wasn't fixed the we would leave the next morning. We called Expedia and their person who said he would contact the hotel, try to resolve the issue, and get back to us. The next morning the hotel manager told us the spa was still inoperative, but she would not give any refund for our two remaining nights. We argued with her and asked for her name, which she refused to give us. Not wanting to get any more upset, we checked out of the hotel. We never heard back from Expedia and each time so far we have tried to get ahold of another representative there we get a "Technical difficulties" message. This has been a frustrating experience in every way. In addition to the lack of fulfillment of the advertised spa, the room had no closets or drawer space and there was debris in some of the scanty furniture.

I haven’t gone through the reviews but I would guess there is a mixed emotion on this place. I’m keeping this as logical as possible, keeping in mind the full picture. If you think you are getting a Hilton stay for Rodeway prices, you are not. I would argue there is no such thing aside from a few small exceptions. But for the price of the rooms I think it is perfectly fine. Again if you are looking for some incredible luxury hotel this is not it BUT for the price and what and where it is, I believe it is 100% one of your best options in the Rehoboth area. The location is great, rooms newly but roughly renovated, good amount of amenities, and the staff is very nice (even despite me being argumentative about a situation that ended up being my mistake the whole time). I wish I knew her name but the blonde girl with an accent that works the front desk was extremely understanding and patient. She truly is the best. The room wasn’t exactly spotless but again to me still way better then any of the rodeway/econolodge types. All in all I think its a perfectly fine place for the price. FYI my stay was in October so idk about how they’re prices are during peak season.

Filthy floors, noisy, no one at the check in desk when we arrived. The lights didn't work in our room after we got settled in and had to pack our stuff up and move to a different room that had a queen instead of a king. The second rooms tub would not drain after we showered so you are standing in dirty water. The hallways floors were disgusting! Heard dogs barking and a crying cat. No elevators to the second floor. I give it 2 stars at best!

Travon was especially helpful being new to the area I got lost and he literally stayed on the phone for me for 20 minutes and got me there and then once I arrived he would met us at the door very very nice man The beds are amazingly comfortable overall we had a very nice time and we will be returning
