“Clean, nice staff, walking distance to the beach”

“First off, the location was great, not to far from Walmart and other convience stores. The staff at the front desk were amazing, really nice and helped out with my service dog. The air conditioner in our room made noise, so I went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. As for cleanliness the property was beautiful, grass well kept and everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms were emaculate, I think this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. “The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this……

“The description of a side ocean view was not at all what I expected. The room was never cleaned up during our stay. TVs didn’t work from day 1 had to ask for not only towels but the tv to be fixed which they did come quickly to do but within a few hours of leaving and coming back to the room the tv was back to not working. The lines at the front desk were ridiculous standing there for 15-20 mins because they didn’t have enough staff working and the same thing at the bar as well. Everytime we……
