Front desk people were not very polite one question answers, and very rude Don’t expect to watch TV when it’s a rainy yucky day out because their television system is awful a little bit of wind and you have no TV The floors in the bedroom are dirty. I’ll wear my socks go to bed and the socks are filthy. Air conditioning very, very noisy. Wake me up and scare me. There was one worker the maintenance man Quincy very very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get a comfortable chair from my room. It’s a big room with empty space where a chair should’ve been but the front desk or like nope you don’t get a chair if you want a chair come sit down in the lobby. "

"I booked the princess for a romantic getaway and were all of the amenities. Pretty much everything there is closed, even though we are almost in season, but worst of all we tried to use the pool, which is the whole reason we booked the room and we were told that Freemasons booked the entire pool for the rest of the night and we couldn't get into the pool . A huge, huge group of children took up the pool and we couldn't even enjoy the tables and chairs around the pool as they took that all up as well. If you're going to rent out the entire amenities to one group, why would you make me pay full price to stay here and why wouldn't you tell me this what's going on before I stayed??? went to front desk and they offered me nothing."
