The staff at check in was wonderful. Room was spotless, beds comfortable. Only issue was the shower door was missing the stopper and swung around. Breakfast was great and the area outside the pool was a great bonus for sitting and relaxing.

Stayed in this Hotel in past has always been a very good value. Place is well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. My only complaint is that the room I was in was an "adjoing" room with extra door in my room. Typically I don't mind but the people in room next to me at 4am were so noisy/loud that it actually woke me up and then had to stay up since it did not stop for quite awhile. It then started up again about 6:30am. It litteraly sounded like they were in my room. Maybe better soundproof doors should be considered

Housekeeping was not good at all. The floors were filthy from the first day and even after service they still did not clean them. I had to go to the front desk for someone to clean it. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

Filthy pool, outlets didn’t work/hazardous, room smelled horrible, refrigerator broken (x2), bathroom door didn’t stay open, room door opened wrong way(fire hazard), sofa disgusting, key didn’t stay magnetized, and the room looked nothing like the pictures. But for the staff, we would have left. They did everything possible to fix the issues. They were all extremely helpful and kind.

My stay was the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had. The interaction with management (Dana) and All the staff there are amazing! Now I understand the meaning of (You never forget how a person can make you feel) a quote from (Maya Angelo) To God be the Glory for the staff, Dana, Laura and the young lady who clean my room. We were put in a pet friendly room despite not having pets. The furniture in the room was worn and handles on drawers were broken. The TV remote didn't work at first because the receiver was unplugged (that took a while to sort). The bathroom floor was sticky and had residue of hairspray and shoe prints. The shower is outdated and small and the showerhead had to be adjusted to work. The coffee maker was unplugged and had to be relocated to the bathroom sink for an available outlet. Housekeeping passed our room twice despite leaving our room while they were on our floor and just left a bag of towels outside the door 2 days in a row. Very noisy in the morning with slamming doors from other guests. There are two pools - one for children and one for adults - but no hot tub and the seating/patio area is located outside the pool gate and sits next to the parking lot/driveway. No vegan friendly breakfast options (for example: oatmeal, cereal, toast or bagels, berries). Location was off the busy coastal highway as many of the chain hotels in Rehoboth are, but this one was hidden behind two businesses. It is within walking distance of a Dunkin Donuts and a restaurant/bar. The bed and carpet were clean, the AC worked, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The receptionists were not nice i gues based on the fact that they said we came from a third party and the room 119 that we were given was terrible( not clean at all,the bedsheets were terrible and they had bugs that affected our children and i. Worst experience

Desk staff were very helpful. I asked if they could enable the captions (not the sound) on the area TVs and they did so. They also helped when my internet access was not working as needed. On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services.

I've realized that I can't always rely on ratings. This hotel received an exceptional rating. I don't agree. The ratings must have been by animal lovers because this hotel had plenty of barking dogs in other rooms and on the premises.

Furniture had stains and appeared to have been nibbled on by animals. Sofa was stained. Spider in the room. Heavy walking over our heads.
