“Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area……

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“Everyone on staff was delightful - happy and helpful. Always working. The property is very clean, with the exception of an overfilled dumpster from remodeling. Nice hanging hammock chairs right near the bay, some Adirondack chairs (could have used a few more). Close to many options for dining and not too far from the beach. Parking is quite expensive in the area. There's a fridge, coffee maker, a microwave and 2 burner stove. 4 plates, 3 bowls, 1 spoon, no forks, no pans. Small things. ……

“This place is decent for a decent price. The room was clean. There was a few things that needed to be tested a little more and a few places where there was chip paint but overall, it was a cool place. The pool was sparkling, clean and very nice.”

“Very nice property consisting of rooms and cabins situated on the shore of Herring Creek along route 50 in West Ocean City. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Direct access to the creek for fishing/kayaking. I would stay here again.”
