「Found a couple hairs in the sheets of one of our beds. Shampoo or soap was dripping down the end of the tub when we checked into our room. Paying for parking seems silly when you’re already paying for a room and fees, etc were not explained at check in. 」

「When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach.」

「We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬」

Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen...

「The community was beautiful. Very quiet and well kept. The apartment listing was a bit deceitful as the “third bedroom” was really a small office with a sleep sofa in terrible condition! I wouldn’t want my children to sleep on it let alone an older adult. This is a two bedroom unit!!!!😡. I trash bags in any of the trash cans and the mirrors in all rooms were a smeary mess!」
