「My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. 」

「This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. 「Pam and Ray’s condo was clean and well maintained - we had a great time! The location was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still not far from the beach and hubbub the kids enjoy. The pool was a big hit too. Would definitely stay again!」

「We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had a bunch of convenient amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch! Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer! 」

「No Air Conditioning upon arrival, Property Manger called Technician 18 hours after I reported problem soon after arrival. Condo appearance was excellent but strong smell of Moth Balls at entry, and throughout unit. Had to checkout out after failed attempt at repair.」

「We all had a great time staying here! The house was everything and more. We had 12 people staying and we had more than enough room. It was clean and the owner was also available when we needed help with something. The house was so close to our favorite beach the boardwalk. The kids had fun at the pool, the golf course, and all the beaches. I would highly recommend this place for sure.」

「Spend four days with our 3 20 something year old kids Was perfect for us Beach pool restaurants bars shopping Checked all the boxes House was great all had plenty of room able to sleep comfortably hang out together play games and cook Nothing better than a day at Bethany Beach and then being able to go back to the house and relax in the pool on property Look forward to coming back」

「Quite possibly the nicest vacation home I've seen in nearly 72 years of vacationing. They absolutely spared no expense in adorning the home with appliances, furnishings and wall decorations. Clearly, the most well-appointed vacation home -- having everything that anyone could possibly need. We literally wanted for nothing. Ther were all of the appliances we needed, to include washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, etc. Also, dishes, silverware, bowls, pots, pans, etc. ...

「The home was spacious enough for 8 people. Quiet neighborhood. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps were included. Owners were in touch immediately if we had any questions. 」

「The house was super comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 and every appliance you would need- washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and propane grill. It also had 2 adult bikes for getting around the community, 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach and a beach wagon to carry them in! It was 65 per person for the resort pass to access the pool, beach shuttle and sports courts- which came with equipment borrowing too! Overall- i highly recommend!」
