"We had a wonderful stay here and everyone loved the variety of activities available! Pool, pickleball, ping pong, golf, and of course the beach and boardwalk. The kids especially had more fun than they would have with just the beach."

"Fantastic property for our family with kids, grandparents, and dogs. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun beach trip including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The Bethany Beach boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and many restaurants were extremely close by and a very nice grocery store was right up the road. The community is beautiful and extremely quiet. We will definitely consider staying again next trip!"

"This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed at. It is spacious, clean, good location and well-equipped. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space. The kayaks, SUPs, bikes and beach equipment were so nice to have available. The pool is lovely, a bit small but great for those times you don't want to drive to the ocean. It is an easy drive to Bethany Beach, parking can be a little challenging depending on the day and time yet it was reasonably priced. The little bay beach and gazebo you can walk to from the condo are great for evening sunsets, quiet morning coffee and watching wildlife. There are also 3 balconies to relax and read on. Rehoboth Beach is about 30 minutes away and is great for shopping. The binder with many restaurant menus came in very handy as we had many different eating preferences. The king and queen beds are very comfortable. This is the first place we had to bring our own linens and towels - not a big deal since there is a large washer and dryer available. The host is quick to return messages and shared a lot of information before we got there. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. I would rent it again!"

"This house was perfect! My family was very impressed with the space and the backyard views of the lake. We had a great time.Check in and out was super smooth and Thuy was great with communication before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent family vacation home; getting to community pool was easy, just across the lake on boardwalk. Very safe within gated community for children riding bikes or walking. Fed the Canadian geese in the morning, turtles and fish in pond. Yard was great for yard games. House was just as photos suggested and pool table was a big hit in our family. We had 6 adults, two teens, 3 small children and an infant. Very satisfied with quality and price paid. Well worth the linen service option."

"Very nice place for the area! Wasn't too far away from anything. It was in a quiet neighborhood, didn't have loud neighbors, or anything like that. And the house was great. Very spacious, and plenty of room when i had family come down for a few days. Would come back! And pet friendly!"

"We enjoyed our time at Bethany Bay. It was a nice, quiet community within a reasonable driving distance from Bethany Beach. The space was a perfect size for two travelers but could accommodate up to 4 comfortably. We liked sitting on the screened-in back deck to enjoy breakfast and watch the rainstorms. The video for the check-in was helpful; however, the code we were given to unlock the door was slightly different than the code that actually worked. We initially had some issues with the wifi broadcasting and working consistently. After lots of troubleshooting on our part and communicating with the host, it finally worked a few days into our trip. There were no beach towels or other beach accessories provided. Overall, we had a great time and would return."
