However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. “The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.”
