「Hotel Bethany Beach was lovely! We got vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella every day, two free tickets for dino mini golf, and a decent breakfast every morning. The location is awesome; just minutes from the beach (you could walk, drive, or take the trolley). The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!」

「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」

「The room was a little outdated and the bed a little rough. But over all the place was clean and quiet and directly across from beach access. I would stay there again if needed.」

「Leo at the check in desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the other lady whose name I didn’t even catch. She was distracted and inattentive. The pool is not well maintained or usable because the water was stagnant and frothy! The equipment at the gym was squeaky and not well maintained. Why do guests have to pay $15/day for parking when the hotel stay is already so expensive? The breakfast was decent and sufficient for guests. House keeping staff was also helpful and kind.」

「I only stayed two nights but they were good! The first night our bed broke and we got an excellent upgrade! The pools were nice I wish the outside one was a little warmer! And I never woke up for breakfast lol」

「The rooms and property are clean and maintained. The rooms are also very spacious. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and paper towels as they are not stocked in the rooms. Pool and beach access were great! Ocean view rooms are a bit of gamble, but really loved the pool view as you could see the ocean.」

「Do not count on the sofa bed. It was awful—the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. You could feel all the coils digging into your back, making it very uncomfortable. The microwave was also strange. When it was cold, the door was fine but as soon as it heated up, the door would lock and was difficult to open. The carpets did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. However, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient.」
