This place was very clean, the host was wonderful, and we were there at a time (mid-March) where the sunrise was directly in front of us, so we were able to view from closed-in balcony, with coffee in hand!! It was lovely!! The only suggestion we would make is for the hall bath tub to be refinished, as it was peeling, so all showered in the main bedroom bath. Otherwise, I highly suggest and promote this listing!! ”

“Ant infestation in the kitchen. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and didn't get security deposit back. No clear communication at all. I called and messaged but the automated responses were not clear. Could be a wonderful property, it is close to the boardwalk and beach, but definitely needs some renovations. We had a wonderful time, just was disappointing for what was originally listed.”
