  • Experience breathtaking water views from every window in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit located in Bethany Bay. Begin your day with a serene sunrise on the back screened-in porch, and wind down with a captivating sunset from the front deck.

    Our community offers a plethora of amenities including a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and boat ramp. Explore nature trails spanning 420 acres, kayak through White’s Creek, or enjoy a round of golf on the executive golf course. Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.

    For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

    The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.

    Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.

    A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

    For those traveling with pets, we welcome your furry friends with prior approval. Simply send an inquiry by clicking "Ask Owner a Question" before booking.

Our family had a lovely stay!The accommodations were wonderful, clean, spacious with beautiful view. The property was safe, quiet with an nice pool area, golf course and lots of walking and bike trails. Very family friendly, and we love the fact that we could bring our dog.You will need to drive to the stores restaurants and beach (about a 15 minute car ride to beach) but easy drive.We highly recommend staying here. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay, private area, great access to Delaware Beaches easy drive to Rehoboth Beach as well as Bethany Beach. Enjoyed the location and amenities.

Lovely view from the back porch. We enjoyed eating out there. It was so nice to have a pool and ping pong table to keep the kids happy. Property was nice and clean. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher soup, so we washed everything by hand. It would have been really nice if towels and bed linens were provided. We traveled by plane and bringing these items with was not convenient since we do not check luggage.

Beautiful location and view but the balcony furniture was old and uncomfortable. The two beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable, the sofas are old and worn and the large coffee pot didn’t work properly. Kitchen needs some large bowls for salads and serving. The condo itself is very nice and the views are beautiful. I feel pool access should be included and not require an extra fee per person.

Would definitely stay again. GREAT views from the screened in deck (we had breakfast there almost every morning of our stay, and most eat-in dinners). here is ample cookware for your needs ( assuming you DO cook) with blender, food processor, crock pot, waffle iron, and more in addition to pots / pans normally provided. Not a golfer, but the grassy lawns were great for walking and pet friendly (our Husky-Eskimo was happy). Great location for the beaches (far enough away that it's very quiet, close enough that it's about 15-20 minute drive in either direction). Owners were warm and friendly, with helpful info provided for the area.Not easily impressed, but definetely one of the best we've stayed in.

Great winter beach getaway!

Great hosts, cleanliness, gadgets/games, homey feel and wonderful sunrises over the water from inside! Would def recommend and/or stay again. Our pup had a great time as well.
