Perched in Ocean View, DE, this charming single-family home is in walking distance to great local restaurants, a brewery, mini-golf, ice cream and shops. Central to everything Bethany and Ocean View have to offer, it sits in a small community along the Assawoman Canal walking/bike path, is less than 2 miles to downtown Bethany Beach and is minutes from Bear Trap Dunes and Salt Pond Golf Courses.
This family-friendly/dog-friendly property boasts an open floor plan with a range of amenities expected in a home newly constructed in 2023. The first floor has a gourmet kitchen, dining table seating for 8, kitchen island seating for 4, spacious family room with large smart TV and plenty of comfy seating, and a pretty screened porch with a dining table for 6, relaxing seating for long conversations, a smart TV and an additional patio with outside shower and gas grill. There are two first floor bedrooms - one King bedroom with a private bathroom, and one Queen bedroom next to the guest bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The laundry room (with separate large capacity washer and dryer) sits off the kitchen and provides access to the garage and a place for beach gear.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large open loft area. Two spacious bedrooms have Queen beds (and TVs), a "bunk room" has a queen over queen bunk, as well as two recliners (and a smart TV set up for gaming). The relaxing loft is set up for games and hanging out, with a fold out couch that allows for extra sleeping space for 1-2, a small game table with seating for 4 and a smart TV.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests there's wireless internet, bluetooth speakers, hairdryers in every bathroom, a pack-n-play and high chair for little ones, dual pot/pod coffee maker, glass electric cooktop, fully stocked with kitchen/dining utensils, flatware and dishware, filtered water system on refrigerator door, dual zone central AC/heating. Safety is also a top priority with features such as a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke detectors throughout.
With towels and linens provided, all you need to do is pack your bags and get ready to enjoy a memorable stay at this lovely Ocean View retreat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
