Welcome to our inviting and family-friendly beach house, perfect for hosting multi-family groups! This joined multi-family home features two separate living areas, each equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, and 2 living rooms - one upstairs and the other downstairs. Upstairs, you`ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, while downstairs offers 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Our home is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities to ensure it feels like your cozy home away from home.

Unwind by the cozy fireplace, indulging in entertainment through an assortment of board games, card games, or streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Step outside to the patio of the downstairs dining room, complete with seating, a fire pit, BBQ, and cornhole for outdoor fun. The upstairs dining area leads to a deck with ample seating and an additional fire pit. For scenic views of the sand dunes and peak a boo ocean view, head up to the third-story observatory deck.

In the garage downstairs, you`ll find an EV charger, ping pong table, and foosball table for added entertainment. Get ready for beach adventures with the provided bikes, wagon, beach toys, chairs, and mats, ensuring every moment at the beach is memorable!

Our property features ample parking with a 3 car driveway and space for 1 car in the garage, in addition to convenient street parking options. We kindly request that you avoid parking in front of neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Furthermore, Uber and Lyft are well-acquainted with our area, providing a hassle-free means of transportation.

Our home has a max amount of 12 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 12 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 12 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 12th guest.
No shoes in house.
Limit 3 cars in driveway.
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
Guests shall not climb on the roof for any reason.
Guest that books must be at least 25 years old.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.

Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
