「The downstairs toilet did not flush adequately, the upstairs shower water pressure wasn’t too good and the coffee creamer they supplied was bad.」

「We had the best weekend here! We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend and it was a perfect fit! Has everything you need for a great weekend with friends and family! The game room was amazing! Everything was clean and comfy!」

「The place and host were awesome. She always kept me up to date and let me know where I should visit . I will definitely be visiting again.」

「The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!」

「It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

「Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Village Home in Arroyo Grande. The house was spacious and the accommodations were luxurious. It is located a short drive from the beach and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi connection worked well. The communication with the host was proactive and she responded quickly. Highly recommended!」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay.」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside.」

「Cozy and roomy for our family. 」

「Amazing place and an amazing host!」

「This house was perfect! My family of 5 traveled down to California to visit the beach. We needed something with enough room for all of us that was also a short drive to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised about how clean this house was when we arrived. Not to mention how lovely the neighborhood was. This property offered ample parking for our 2 vehicles, and was a short drive to some wonderful restaurants in town. I can’t thank our host enough for sharing their lovely home with us, and...
