Two of us stayed for 6 nights. Everything was as stated. This was my first time using vrbo so i had lots of questions that the host graciously answered! The condo has everything you need. So close to the beach it was an easy walk to take a dip in the ocean every morning to wake myself up. No rocks. All sand. I loved the balcony for sitting in the morning with my coffee. Or at night with the ocean breeze.There is no AC so if you sleep with the windows open, and are a light sleeper, you may hear some noise from the street on friday and saturday nights.The pool, jacuzzi, and grounds are beautiful even with hummingbirds around! People were friendly. Parking was convenient.

Terrible inconvenience

Check in people were located in the parking lot and rude. They could not find my packet or key. They made me walk to the HOA office to get a spare key. When I opened my door, I found a half dressed man telling me it was his room and to get out. Thank God I went alone before getting my wife and son out of the van. Then I waited almost 2 hours for them to try and resolve with no outcome. We then informed them that this was unacceptable and left. We will never ever return.
