Pacific Overlook - Unit A
This upstairs unit (No Stairs) of an oceanfront duplex has been remodeled with many new perks the neighboring units simply don't have! When you want to get out and explore, this home is a short walk from several shops and restaurants as well as the Oceanside Pier. You're also less than 10 miles from top local attractions, including the Oceanside Museum of Art, the Flower Fields, and the Crossings at Carlsbad. Venture out a little farther and find yourself at Legoland, SeaWorld, and downtown San Diego. While the highlights of this home are the unobstructed ocean views, this vibrant and fun retreat boasts a number of highly desirable indoor amenities, including a full kitchen with a wine fridge, an adjacent dining table for meals or game nights, and a comfortable living area. Step outside and soak up the Southern California sunshine on your furnished deck, where you can take in the lovely view! This unit is all on one floor no stairs, however there are stairs to access the beach. Additional features include a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor shower with hot water included. We enjoyed staying at this property for the amazing ocean views and room to relax. It is walkable to the pier. The property managers were very good. Answered the phone and responded quickly to our questions.

Beautiful beach view and location
All was good and easy. Great communication to us about check in and check out details. Only concern is if we had an issue we couldn ’t communicate to the landlord. We tried to call was on hold. Message said to text. We then texted with no response. We solved our issue but made me nervous if something else came up we would be out of luck.
We loved the place and plan to come back again in the future. Hopefully the communication can get resolved. It would put us at ease next visit.

Beautiful Property with Unmatched views
Family vacation for Labor Day weekend was a hit. Amazing location and the property delivered. We had to get a few things that weren’t provided but it was simple and I would definitely rent this place again. We love Oceanside and highly recommend coming here!

Great place to stay!
The house is as nice as pictured and the view is even better. Full 180 degree view of the ocean and fantastic sunsets.
Very clean and comfortable, super close drive to everything and walkable to some restaurants. Nice open living space with awesome views inside and out.
Knowing it was the top floor unit I was surprised, and delighted, to find that there is direct access from the garage/driveway, no stairs to get in. The only stairs are to go down to the little private beachy area.
The garage space is nice to have although a little small. My mid-size SUV didn’t quite fit. But you can park (sideways) in the driveway as well.
Really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again!

Time on the Beach
The only recommendations I would suggest would be to CLEAN UP the property's private beach area. spruce it up a little and add two lounge chairs and chairs for the table that's provided.
