So to start this review off, I do understand that this is a motel and not a hotel. My friend recommended it and said it was inexpensive and a nice place, so I decided to try it out. I will start by saying that the views were phenomenal and the beds were very comfortable. The size of the room was extremely large. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty and smelled of dog pee. When we went to the office they gave us a can of Lysol. I will say that the bed and the bathroom, besides the walls, were clean. House keeping came in a couple of times, but they just dumped the trash and change the towels. There was a door that connected to the room next to us that was not locked and we were afraid that the people in the room next to us could come into our room. The people next to us were smoking marijuana, and it came through the door into our room. The carpet was torn up from the pets that had been allowed in the room. We found various items on the floor and it was crunchy, so it obviously had not been vacuumed. The walls were dirty and had various things hanging like there had been pictures or something, but they had been taken out. The curtains did not fit the window and we had a hard time trying to close them where people couldn’t see in. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but definitely not the best. We will probably not stay again. The pictures on the website showed a remodeled room, which we did not get.

Requested additional shampoo and it was not available at the lobby; I was asked to go back later. Website indicates soundproof rooms, but this was far from being the case, it was very noisy.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I made a reservation with Expedia for this property. I chose the “pay at property” option for my reservation. On the day of check in I arrived around 7pm. The man at the front desk told me my reservation had been cancelled. I checked my Expedia app and my reservation was active. So I asked why was it cancelled. He then proceeds to lie and say that they ran my credit card ahead of time and the card declined so the reservation was cancelled. This was false. I told him my card was active but if I chose pay at check in option why would you run my credit card ahead of time?? I had to call Expedia and they were showing my reservation active I asked the man at the front desk, let’s say that what he’s saying is true, that my card declined. Why was I not sent a notification of cancellation? He very rudely said that I don’t need to tell him how to do his job and that I’m expedias problem Basically because I checked in late he gave away my room is what happened and instead of apologizing and being empathetic he lied and left me with no room for the night and left me for Expedia to deal with me I proceeded to tell him that he was being rude to me and this wasn’t my fault and he needs better customer service skills for the way he’s treated me and then he tells me there’s no hope for me What a rude non empathetic way to treat a customer. I will never stay here again

The room was renovated but the entire building is under construction with trash piled up and only a few rooms available. The staff is very unfriendly, short and rude. They ask for a $150 CASH deposit per room but have no ATM and it’s not on the sites it’s posted on. When I checked out they almost didn’t give me my deposit back. Meaning they chose who they charge the deposit to and who they don’t. The security guard was very creepy and kept mentioning he was armed. Overall very disappointed. Yes it’s close to other stores but it’s worth spending and extra $20 and stay elsewhere where they are a bit more helpful and attentive.

Roof was leaking in our room. No one came to look at it or make repairs. The room smelled of mold and the carpet was wet. One night all of our belongings were soaked in the room. When I spoke with the front desk I was informed they were aware of the leak and that room was not supposed to be checked out to anyone but it was. We were left in the room all week and due to a busy weekend could not find a comparable room available elsewhere. I was told I would receive a $70 refund at the end of my stay (for a week stay in a wet moldy room???) I have not received any refunds to this date and it has been over two weeks. Would do 0 stars if possible, I cannot believe I spent one cent on this hotel.

Specifically the room 105, is very moldy the other rooms are better but bc this one has an open shower the floor gets really wet and everything is soggy. I had to open the window to air it out. I highly suggest leaving the windows open for a long while if not changing the shower arrangements Love this hotel location tho
