Beachside Relaxation.

We enjoyed eight days in this condo - the beach was at our fingertips and sunsets were viewed from the deck of the condo as well as the beach. The Oceanside Pier is just over a half mile walk along the beach. Restaurants and the marina are a short walk in the opposite direction. Another plus for us was the fact that we were just a few minutes from the Main Gate of Camp Pendleton and we were able to spend time with our son who is stationed there. We plan to be back next fall.

Everything you need

This place had everything for a comfortable, relaxed beach experience. We walked to the beach and into downtown when we felt like a meal out in a restaurant. The condo was set in lush, beautifully maintained surroundings. Although it is one unit in a larger complex, this unit is located on the beach end and was very private and quiet. Beach chairs and other accessories were provided for our use. Complete kitchen and spacious living room area with TV and gas fireplace. We’ll look for this place again whenever staying in the area.

Beach Stay

The property itself feels safe and immersive. The location is fantastic. Within a mile or so there are several restaurants, a walmart, and a pleasant little harbor and pier. The condo itself has everything you would need for a week away. Its also conveniently located next to I-5 which we took to just about everywhere we could not walk to. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. They left us more than enough stuff to get through our time there. If I were coming back any time soon, I would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing!

We stayed right about a week at Don and Jeanne's property and it was great! The check in process with Don with quick and easy. The resort is beautiful, extremely well kept and right on the beach. The unit itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. Don had some snacks for us in the unit which was so kind, because since we drove there straight from the airport. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We made sure to be out there every night for the sunset. The neighbors are quiet but nice. We spoke to a few along the walkways, the laundry room and the pool and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Oceanside. We have another trip coming up in a few months are hoping to secure this place again!
