Wonderful stay

We were in town for a triathlon - the location couldn’t have been better- walk to everything location was fabulous! The condo had a lot of stairs as they stated in the listing, so no surprise-but you do have to be up for that. The unit was decorated beautifully and the finishes were beautiful as well - loved the rooftop sunsets- Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Oceanside Getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Oceanside VRBO, and I can’t recommend it enough! My two sons, their grandma, and I had a fantastic time, and this property truly made our trip unforgettable.First and foremost, the rooftop was a highlight of our stay. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards provided endless fun for the kids. They were able to enjoy hours of play on the beach, and it was such a bonus to have everything we needed already provided.The location was also ideal. It’s just a short walk to the beach, so we could easily head down there any time. Plus, there are so many great restaurants nearby – whether we were in the mood for a casual meal or something a little more special, there was always a spot just a few minutes away. What we really loved, though, was how the property felt tucked away and quiet, even though it’s so close to everything. Perfect balance!The communication with the host was top-notch. They were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was super comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the labeled shelves made it incredibly easy to find exactly what we needed to cook a meal. It’s the little things like that that really make a difference when you’re on vacation.Overall, we had an amazing time, and we’re already talking about coming back for our next lacrosse tournament

The condo was great, well stocked, clean and nice gathering spaces. I would suggest you carry luggage into the condo from the garage to minimize steps. It also was great location. We walked everywhere, coffee in the am, nice walk to the ocean and pier, restaurants galore. Everything within reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for the six of us.

The day we were to check-in there was an open house going on. The realtor said it was scheduled til 4 pm and had no idea that we would be renting the unit. Our check in time was 4 and we had been advised that we could check in by 3:30. We asked the realtor to be sure that her office was aware that we would be there for the next week.The day before we were supposed to check out, while we were sitting on the couch a realtor suddenly opened the door and began to enter with her clients.. She quickly apologized and left. At that point I was extremely uncomfortable and did not feel secure in this rental.In addition the unit was not properly cleaned. There were dead ants all over one of the bathrooms and cabinets were not cleaned. Problems with the front door entry as well.The condo was in a perfect location and we did enjoy the space. The hot tub on the roof top deck was great however that too had not been cleaned. There was a ton of sand in it.My calls to Casago were promptly answered and they did try to rectify what they could.
