Worst hotel experience I personally have ever had in my entire Life I am a 58 year old retired U.S. Marine And i cannot recall a time I was ever treated this poorly at a hotel. It was diaturbing how filthy and unclean the room was and how Un friendly the staff was. As well as unprofessional and THREATENING to me. I ended up calling the Ocean aidr Police dept. I have never felt the need to call the police on anyone ever in my Life (with the exception of an assault and battery against me many years ago) The avenida should be condemned. The staff either needs TRAINING? or to just go do something else other than Hospitality.

The room was fairly clean. There was a blue "love-stained" chair in my room that I didn't touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room looked nothing like the photos on the site. It's actually an old Econo Lodge. The smell, wear and tear of the room, and the inherent sketch of an Econo Lodge were evident. However, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable. I'm not really complaining, I'm just sharing the reality of the place so people know what they're getting into, unlike myself. It was a decent stay i reckon. I'm probably not going to stay there again, but I slept well and it was a good choice if you're not looking to break the bank or are just cheap (like myself). I 100% would've gone to a different hotel upon arrival if my family were with me.

The Staff was very rude, the room was not ready, it was Filthy, the room key was not programmed, they also say "dog friendly" then when u get there they ask for 30$ for my dog. There is condemned Restaurant on property that is BOrdered up and an eye sore he was extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It should be shut down

Wouldn’t choose this hotel again. The airport shuttle never showed up and when I called the hotel the line wasn’t working. After walking there I let them know the line was down and the attendant said he had wondered why he wasn’t getting any calls….. Beyond that the blinds were broken and stayed open all night and one of the bedside chargers didn’t work. Bummer of a night.

DO NOT BOOK. The property refused to honor our Expedia reservation and cancelled our booking without reason. When we arrived they charged us double the cost to book a new room.

Sheets were clean and clean towels were provided daily. The furnishings were a bit on the dingy side. The soap dish was not cleaned while I was there (three nights). I was a low maintenance guest -- only there for sleeping and only left toiletries out of my luggage. On the day I was to check in, I received an email asking for payment (Expedia said not to) and a phone call when I hadn't checked in by 5. There was a $100 deposit put on my card that I didn't know about when making the reservation. The shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen -- very slippery.
