Travel from Nashville Tennessee for a 5 day stay, from start to finish the communication was on point. Anything missed was address within a reasonable timeframe.. If you’re thinking about getting the place, just go ahead and get it. we definitely will be staying here again in the future. There’s not much to say other than come.. come and enjoy a secluded stay. The space was pristine and exactly as described. The location is perfect — you can walk to everything you need. The amenities were excellent and made the stay very comfortable. Just a helpful note for future guests: beach access isn’t included or controlled by the host, so be sure to budget for that if you plan to visit multiple beaches. As a local, I wanted to experience a different beach each day, and that worked out beautifully for me. We had a truly lovely time and will definitely be back!

The place was quiet and ok. The public beach wasn't my favorite but the margaritaville restaurant and beach is closer than the public beach it is also clean and relaxing. Easy to get meals since everything is basically closed by. The host was a great and detail. I would return to this place again.

Ochos Rios convenient & homey

This apartment is the perfect size for an adult couple. It’s an older residential complex but it’s super convenient to Ochos Rios. Restaurants, shopping, beach and entertainment are all minutes away on foot. There is a pool on site. Taxis and tours are readily available.

My family stay here and it was awesome 👌 my kids enjoy themselves. Its easily accessible to restaurants and the beaches, oh my the beach they love the beach and the pool is clean. Walking distance to everything you might need. Thank you for having us. The host was really pleasant and accommodating.

I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street.

The host was amazing great with fast communication! The place is super clean smells really good . This place has everything you need the bed is super comfortable! And I love the balcony chair! Super cute right next to the gate to access the beach! And across from a few good restaurants!

Great Stay in Ochi

Apartment is in an gated community. You are directly in the Tourist Area. You also have special access to the Beach Strip. Everything worth visiting is close and can be reached via Walking. AC and Fans in Living Room and Bedroom. Everything worked out great. I enjoyed my Stay and recommend this Place highly.

Great comfortable place to stay

I stayed at the condo for 7 days, condo was clean and well maintained. Condo owner was responsive and quick throughout my stay. Extremely pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash set up in the bathroom. Kitchen well set up as well. Housekeeping service is offered, however as it was only me, just took towels at the time. She was also very nice and gracious. Condo is within walking distance of the beach, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were always available to answer any questions I had during my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. It’s the ideal home away from home. I'll definitely be back for another stay in the future!

The apartment was ok and relatively clean. bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. we had warm water to bathe a/c worked, we got 2 bottles of water in the fridge. check in was delayed as we had to await the code to get in from host, who we must say was polite. however my big turn off the towels had hair in them and the pillow cases were lightly soiled. I think whoever does the cleaning should be more thorough. and it was hair in multiple towels. aprt from that no issues

Great Location! Some Updates Needed

We stayed at this property from Jan 18-21. Location was absolutely fabulous! Right off the cruise ship pier, walking distance to everything in downtown Ochi. Great restaurants and shopping + amazing beach walking distance. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to everything in Ochi, this is a great unit. The property itself needs updating. Everything worked perfectly fine. Just some TLC needed since use over time. Also, it would be a nice touch to have a couple of bottles of water available on arrival. By the time we travelled and got settled, we could have surely used it! Everton was great to deal with. Process to check in/out was seamless. Would stay here again with minor updates to the overall unit. But served our needs for the 3 days we were here.

Overall really enjoyed my stay. Host was able to accommodate my request to decorate the property as a surprise for my husband. However, the price quoted was increased at the last minute, for which we thought was very expensive for what we got. The bubbly was 0% alcohol, which was very disappointing. But the decoration was beautifully done. But overall would recommend this property.
