Welcome to the Penthouse at Crystal Cove! Experience modern oceanfront living in Jamaica's most popular vacation town. This private and secured property offers beautiful amenities right on the seafront including a seawater pool, beach access, kayak, 24/7 security, daily housekeeping.

There are private balconies with glass doors in all 3 bedrooms overlooking the luxurious tropical gardens and ocean. This modern 3100 square feet penthouse consist of 4bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Up to 6 persons can be accommodated. Over 6 persons attract an extra cost.

The property location was ideal. Rooms spacious and have all necessary furnitures and electronics. However, upon arrival we noticed broken widows in the bathroom of the master bedrooms, bed head off the hinges, mold growing in the refrigerator and microwave from spilled food. Doorknob broken, floods was a bit dusty as well. We didn’t make it affect our stay as we were with our parents and they did not jave a problem cleaning the refrigerator and microwave. The pool and the ocean access was great and the entire villa was very nice outside of those thing.

Large space in secure community but with some things left to be desired

The size pf the space was great for our group and most of the amenities listed were available. The AC was appreciated and the balconies were perfect any time of day.However, there were some less than ideal things as well. One of the beds had multiple stains on the mattress and mattress pad/sheets, plus we had 2 cockroaches in that bedroom during our stay.We loved the private chef we were connected with who was able to take us grocery shopping and cooked delicious food, but the listing notes the chef as "free" in some places which is not accurate. Also, most of the dishes in the kitchen were not clean when we arrived, even though they were in the cabinets and there were some open spices and snacks found in various drawers.The pool area was great and got both shade and sun throughout the day. But while the property does have ocean access, the "beach" is not maintained and was full of stinky mounds of seaweed making it unusable. Also, most of the kayaks were chained up and there was only 1 available paddle.We didn't specifically look for one, but did not see any play ground on the property either, even though it was noted as an amenity. And some of the water photos are misleading as they look like they are from a neighboring property.The host was initially very responsive when we had questions prior to booking, however, once we confirmed our booking she was not very responsive about multiple questions we asked. Ask the gate guard for transportation recommendations.

Texas sized property

The property is extremely spacious, with 3 levels, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is also well stocked with supplies, like hand soap, trash bags, and snacks. While the property is showing its age (e.g. a crack in the water tank in the 1st floor bathroom), the stay, overall, is very comfortable and luxurious.

Penthouse Perfection in Ocho Rios!

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at this stunning ocean-view villa in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The villa's layout is impressive: 3 bedrooms with en-suite and balconies. On the third floor, there is a spacious main bedroom en-suite, and on the second floor, two spacious en-suites with a convenient laundry room. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, half bath, and bar and grill on the balcony, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The views of the ocean from the balconies are breathtaking! Although many steps lead to the villa, the beauty and comfort of the home make it well worth the climb. The location is ideal, close to shopping, clubs, and beaches. The security at the entry gate provided an added sense of safety. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Ocho Rios. Thank you to our wonderful host for making our celebration so special!"

Gorgeous retreat

The location of this place is great. The gaurds are on point! You feel completely safe at all times. Step outside the gate and catch a taxi anywhere you want to go. We never spent more than $1000jamaican for 4 people to taxi to Chukka Adventures, or the grocery, or food. The location of the house is a few minutes walk to pineapple cover market and the best and most affordable food is located in the neighborhood. The yellow market, you cant miss it, 2 minute walk and by far the best breakfast and dinner on this side of the island! Real jamaican food not overpriced average tourist food. The locals flood the place day in and out! Needless to say, we will be back!

Good location

Top floor is like an apartment and stretched from front to back. Bathroom top floor was huge with separate shower and tub. And there's a balcony whete you can see the water. 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms . Issue with fan and lights in one of the bedrooms. Host was responsive but it did not get resolved. There's a washer and dryer on 2nd floor. 1st floor has full kitchen and 1/2 bath. Definitely recommend. It's located in Ocho Rios. Snorkeling is available. There's a swimming pool.

Absolutely Amazing

This property was simply amazing I loved everything about it and the owner responded to everything I asked her for or needed I would recommend this house to anybody that is staying in Ochi and of course I will be staying again myself it has the most amazing views overlooking the ocean on every balcony especially the master bedroom so breathtaking 😍😍😍
