「It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem...

「Very charming campus building and the room had all I needed including a desk. Very good for the price and the city center and the Kazimierz district are both in easy walking distance. We didn't find the entrance for the check-in right away (I didn't understand there was an automatic self-check in machine, so I found someone to help us at the bureau, which they kindly did) and after that it was smooth sailing.」

「Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. 「Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. 」

「酒店並不是在舊城區的公園裡，網頁顯示的地址只是接待處。從接待處走路去酒店需要8分鐘左右。酒店在二樓，沒有升降機，也沒有酒店職員幫忙搬行李。酒店正門沒有上鎖，也沒有管理員。那條街道晚上很靜，感覺回酒店很危險。而且酒店的樓梯是透過自動感應開關的，我住了四晚，有兩晚都感應不到我們，突然燈都全關上了。令我們在全黑環境下用鎖匙開房門，感覺危險。房內只靠兩條鎖匙鎖門，沒有配備安全鎖房間上睡床的樓梯很直，只有一邊有扶手，不適合小孩和老人入住。」
