"The staff made this trip amazing. Tom (the manager) was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. They were not busy (off season) but they still made every effort to accommodate us (ie: bagged breakfast). He gave thought to where to locate us for best security (two women) and privacy. The room was a bit dated, but you could see the efforts they made to upgrade it and keep it clean/nice. We were so happy we booked a second night when the original plan was to stay only one night and move to somewhere else for our second night in the area. We would stay here again in a second. THANK YOU for making our mother/daughter trip a good one! "

"We loved our condo. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. It was easy to book and directions for our stay were well communicated. The only minor things we found were that the deck door did not lock and was hard to open and close, the door to the room with the queen size bed squeaked, and the only light in the room with the queen size bed was the lamp across the room. You had to walk across a dark room to turn on the light. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Ave Maria. "

"This property was a really neat place for our family to stay. My boys wanted to fish and they were able to right off the dock. We had so much wildlife around us which was really neat. The owner was very responsive. We clogged a toilet and the cleaning person came by the same day and took care of it and brought us more supplies for our stay.Full transparency - the mosquitoes are bad. We were there in July, which is the rainy season and you couldn't be outside at dawn or dusk without bugs on you. Locals said it is better in the fall/winter. We enjoyed an awesome trip with Everglades City Airboat tours. The best out there. My kids loved it! My husband and sons went out with Captain Bobby with Waterboy Charters for a 6-hour fishing trip and they really loved it. Came back with some really good fish!"
