「My children and I were extremely uncomfortable with this property due to the layout and what I believe were misleading descriptions and photos in the listing. Upon arrival, we were met with loud screaming, yelling, and arguing coming from the property. We could hear and smell everything from the main residence, and the odor was very strong and unbearable. 「We never met our host but he was very communicative and quick to answer the few questions we had. We were here only to sleep for two nights, as we were visiting family in Winter Park. "The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
