Oconomowoc Hotel with Pool

"We were only there to sleep and get to the hospital early. Was nice though."

"The hotel was very clean. But the halls were so cold it was unpleasant and the bathroom wall had previous water damage that had not been repaired. But let me tell you about the staff. A1 all tge way until the end excellent the check in clerk was very friendly and courteous and very willing to accommodate. "

"The staff at this hotel is fantastic. We had a room 333 which was subpar, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets etc. We requested a new room (335) which was much better. I really appreciated their kindness and help"

"The dining room staff was amazing! We would have used the dining room our second night... However, we had some strange charges added to our bill that showed up only on the TV in our room apparently. Two different charges for transient fees that were quite substantial. We inquired about it twice with the front desk once the first night, second time upon check out. No one had an answer for us, and it didn't show up any where on our actual bill that I could see, or the person checking us out?? Quite disturbing. "

"10 out of 10 we have stayed here for a few years for Harley events! Grocery store across the street! The super nice front desk lady remembered us from previous years!!! "
