  • The holiday home Casa da Rita with step-free access and interior is located in Odemira and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. In addition, a shared gym and gym equipment are available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.

    In the heart of the Southwest, in the middle of the Costa Vicentina Route, come and discover Herdade de Vale de Gaios, a little paradise two hours from Lisbon and 15 minutes from wild beaches and the most beautiful road in Europe.

Climb up to the mill and embrace the walls that are more than a meter wide, discover a geodesic landmark and enjoy a breathtaking view.



    Explore the Serro of a 9th century Islamic castle, feeling in your hands walls from a time when Muslims still reigned beyond the Tagus.



    Go down to the Torgal stream, see the stunning greenery, walk through Pego das Laimas and try to discover the golden grid and the legend of the enchanted moira.



    Go to the cork oak of the poor, a place where beggars used to spend the night, wandering the hills of the estates and villages around.

Lovely countryside location

Pros: Enjoyed the countryside, going for a walk along one of the trails (best to do it early morning in August...); good breakfast included and optional evening meals, soup and snacks; great pool with sunbeds and towels; fairly priced charging for EVs on-site so you don't have to think about finding a public charger; great genuine local restaurant called "Café Ti Judite" at the end of the road; nice open spaces with tables & chairs to relax and read; very helpful staff. Cons: It's 30 mins to any beach, which can be a bit tedious if you want to go every day, but the pool is great. The cockerels and dog start early, but I guess that's a part of country life... Wifi in the apartment is a bit weak, but works well in the common areas; bed was a bit hard but that's a question of preference.
