「Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. 「The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. 「Steven contacted me prior to our arrival to offer an upgrade due to a problem with the originally booked house. We particularly needed a king sized bed and so he changed again to a third house.
