Everything was good. Room was a little warm and even though thermostat was lowered the unit didnt really feel cool. Overall clean and quiet.

The room was very nice and quiet. The only complaint was the shower head - low pressure and its loose. The staff was nice, but over the top with talking.

Hotel Listing was Wrong

When I was picking from the list it listed a pool and hot tub. Neither existed. Plus a very long way to get to any food from the hotel.

Well lit, LARGE area to walk my dog. Dog friendly room was perfectly situated with quick access to outside grassy area. Super nice staff!

Quiet and clean

This is a new Hotel and everything is clean and quite. The breakfast was really good with all the usual choices. The only downside to staying here is that there are not any restaurants in the area. We had to drive 10 miles to town to go to a DQ. I will definitely stay here again if driving thought the area.

Great but…

The hotel was super nice. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that an indoor pool is advertised but not able to use when we stayed. Had two very unhappy “tweens”. Planned our trip and timing based on swim time. Will definitely call from now on. Second hotel stay in less than a year that we have been disappointed by not having a pool for entertainment for the grandkids

The room still had bits of trash on floor in bathroom and under chair. We were told there was a hot tub as advertised, however there is not one. We also were told we could call in the morning and ask for a check out time at 1:00pm. Housekeeping was knocking on the door before 11am and we were told we had to be out in 30 minutes. Never again!

This was the cleanest hotel I have been in. Everything in the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again. We asked for handicapped room, and the shower was very safe which meant a lot to my husband and me.

As much as I enjoy the location of this hotel, the service has decreased over the past three years. I stayed with my children over the Fourth of July weekend and there was not a single staff member insight overnight or after breakfast. There is a bell at the front desk to alert staff that you are there. However, it didn’t seem very safe to me to have no actual staff members visible throughout the property on a holiday weekend. In addition, the indoor pool water heater was broken.

Room 414. Dead bugs on the window sill. Floor was wet by the window. Walls were wet. I told the front desk about the bugs, wet floor and walls. I said I would be back later and check in to see if the issues had been resolved. When I came back, nothing had been done.

This was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were very nice. Our bathroom could've been cleaned a little better, but overall it was good. Delicious, hot breakfast. We'd stay there again.

This is a very nice facility but not close to anything which is fine for me but others may not like it. There are many things not far away, just not next door. The staff was awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.
