"We were welcomed at the hotel and made to feel comfortable and at ease from the very first moment. The hotel has lovely views being right next to the Mandovi River. The swimming pools are a good size and there are plenty of sun beds to use while at the pool. There is a nice Spa on site. The hotel is very clean and staff put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds clean and presentable. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating – particular mention goes out to Sweta and Rahul. Shriram (concierge) was very helpful with our travel arrangements and advice for shopping, etc. A big thank you to all the staff at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa for a wonderful holiday experience. "First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this involved getting out of car, going into the reception and driving to the basement which was off the main road. All in all, very inconvenient. We will not stay jere again. They did not include breakfast, considering the charges, over priced for services and amenities included. Bathroom was not vey clean. "
