"Bright, modern new aparthotel. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family of 4, and both the bed and sofa bed had comfortable mattresses. Nice breakfast. Easy, free parking in garage adjacent to hotel, and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away connecting the hotel
to the Metro and city center. Would stay again. "

"This was my first time in France, and I really enjoy seeing that this property. I chose to purchase the daily breakfast, it was fantastic. The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure!
There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring! "

"Very clean and can walk to the airport with a carry-on. Only complaint was dripping air conditioner and blocked bathtub drain. Very good value for price as we found out spending subsequent nights at the much weaker value F2 further from the airport as the Aerel was sold out. Best part: left a battery pack in the room and got an email from the hotel and it was wrapped and labelled when I picked it up. Honest cleaner!"
