"Best Western West Hills Inn, is amazing! The facility is well maintained and clean and the staff is caring, professional, and knowledgeable! The check-in process was great and the person who checked us in was so nice and accommodating! When checking out an employee named Isaiah was outstanding! he not only checked me out but also prepared a delicious breakfast for all the clients, was extremely friendly and is a true asset to Best Western and their customers! "The location and space were amazing. I just found the communication to be a bit lacking. When I asked a question using the messaging app it was never answered. The listing also stated that there would be a welcome basket for us when we got there and it wasn’t. Over a good experience, but I just wish the communication was heightened and that the promises in the listing were fulfilled."
