Loved this stay and will remember the Far West Utah as a great place to rest our weary heads. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Lobby and room was clean and lovely. Wow, the bed was wonderful and just right. Best night sleep I had in 45 days of continuous travel.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. The tub drained very slowly and the hot water took a long time to heat. The parking lot was well lit. There was fresh lemon water in the lobby. The waffles were fantastic. There were precooked eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was a good variety of bread, muffins and bagels. It was right next to the interstate and was very noisy. I doubt I would stay there again, but it is very convenient to many places in the area.

I had called the hotel directly early in the week because we were coming in for an event and we’re supposed to have a special rate. I was told we did not have a special rate and the rate that they quoted me was significantly higher than what Expedia had. Either way I paid twice as much than I needed to and it wasn’t even that great of a hotel.

Selected this hotel because of the spa. It was out of order. Rented an overpriced room with a sleeper sofa which had no bedding, had to go get it from the front desk. Easy on/off the freeway. Great Mexican restaurant nearby (as well as many fast food options).

Pool and hot tub closed hour earlier than website stated. They started pulling food before breakfast was even over. All kinds of homemade signs up threatening fees for things like food in the pool are ($200), etc. Wouldn’t stay there again.
