Road construction is completed! There is a nice new road out front! Family friendly, 3 Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a queen hide a bed in the Living room couch, sleeping for 6 + Quartz countertops, all wood cabinets. Lovely master with large dressing area, & large closet. Double sink vanity. Three bathrooms with jetted tub and walk in showers, Washer and dryer with detergent. Dedicated office space with 800 mbps. Near Ogden's FREE Transit system. 14 miles to World Class Skiing, 3 ski resorts nearby, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley. The beautiful El Monte golf course under 1 mile, Eccles Dinosaur Park 1mi. Botanical garden 1 mi. Three generations of men got together for a quick ski trip to Snow Basin. To save on costs we needed a place to stay where we could prepare meals, sleep comfortably and have a place to gather. The accommodations and setup was perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Our family loved staying at this cozy house. We spent 2 days skiing at Snow Basin. It was a great house to come back to and rest up and great location to the slopes. Grocery store is around the corner which is convenient too. Janet was an excellent host and communicator. The home is very kid friendly, our 4 kids had a great stay too. And we got snow and the kids had fun building a snowman in the backyard. Would stay here again!

Awesome house for 2 families. We had 6 kids between us, all under age 8. The kids played games while adults prepped dinner, then the kids had a movie night downstairs while adults played games. Comfortable space, fun areas for the kids, perfect for our new years staycation

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is all the construction going on in the neighborhood which made it hard at times to get to the home. Loved the seating area outside.

Very roomy, stylish and comfortable. We were able to have game and movie nights with ease. The weather allowed us to also enjoy the outdoor patio. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The key pad was difficult to use, and I was thankful for having a lock box option. I would have given it all 5's but construction on the street and surrounding neighborhood made it a little challenging. Nice property

Very clean and updated inside. The backyard was private and there is a cute patio with plenty of seating for hanging out together outside. This place is close to many hiking trails, reservoirs and the river. Three beds, three baths made it easy to accomodate multiple couples or a family.

We rented this property for a Spring Break ski trip due to its proximity to 2 resorts; Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Overall, the house was nicely decorated and comfortable, however it does appear to be a DIY flip type property. The pictures are very HGTV but in person, while nice, most of the finishes are not high end. The bathroom/kitchen fixtures seem cheap and being a rental, probably won't last. The kitchen could use more everyday items; more dinner plates(there are only 6), pots/pans, wine glasses, paper towels/napkins, foil/Saran Wrap etc. The beds are listed as queen sized but they are full size, a bit misleading. The neighborhood was pretty run down; many houses in various stages of disrepair. While not the owners fault, there were very loud, barking dogs in the white house next door, the dogs barked at all hours. As stated before, the house worked for our needs, we just wish the description was more honest in regards to bed size/location/neighborhood. We cannot speak to the responsiveness of the owner as she never reached out to check in on our stay and no issues arose on our end. We would not say the property is like a 'Five Star' hotel, it is a comfortable home but definitely not high end.
