It was impossible to enjoy the pool because there were a million kids also trying to enjoy the pool. Like 7 kids per family and multiple families in the pool room, all were exceptionally loud. The pool water was also murky. Everything else was fine we stayed 3 days and breakfast was the same thing every day. Scrambled eggs, flat sausage patties no potatoes no toast. Very boring.

Got it, here’s the revised version with that toned down: ⸻ We stayed at this Hampton Inn property and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, the service and amenities did not match that standard. The staff consistently came across as rude and dismissive. It often felt like guests were an inconvenience, with employees frequently on their phones rather than engaged or helpful. The biggest issue was the hot tub. We specifically chose this hotel because of it and even called ahead to confirm it was working. We made it very clear how important that amenity was to our stay, and we were assured it was available. However, during most of our visit, the hot tub was not working and had signs posted. When we asked about it, both staff and management were unhelpful and at times combative, which made the situation even more frustrating. If a hotel offers a hot tub as an amenity, it should be properly maintained or there should be someone on staff who can address issues promptly. Overall, while the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice, the poor service and lack of follow-through on advertised amenities made this a disappointing stay.

Nice visit overall BUT will be more selective about our room if we choose to stay again. Our room was on the first floor, # 124 which was right next to the kitchen/breakfast area and it got a bit noisy at times.

Check in was great and receptionist was kind and accommodating. Room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Breakfast was ok, the eggs and sausage were not appetizing but the waffles were fantastic. I wish there was a QR code available to tip staff as we almost never carry cash anymore and they were working so hard especially with a lobby full of soccer players. Convenient location close to lagoon, liquor store and outdoor mall.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciate the hotel providing not only shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel, but lotion for use. The employees were mostly friendly and helpful. My husband and I did not eat the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee provided down in the breakfast area. Very good coffee! Our only issue during the stay concerned the extremely bright spotlight that was shining on the parking lot and directly at our room on the 4th floor ( facing the amusement park). Even with clips holding the hotel's room-darkening curtains closed, there was no way to make the room dark at night due to this light. The light had the force of several suns and seemed unnecessarily bright for the small area it was illuminating. We did the best we could to block out the intrusion at night. Overall, though, a good stay!

Had allot of issues with this stay. I reserved it online for my daughter and her friend. It was her 18th birthday. I was out of town and could not be there in person. They would not let her in. My card was on file I assumed responsibility. They still wouldn’t let her in. My wife could have drove down and stayed with them. Nope my name was on it so I had to be there. Still waiting on the refund as well. Go to the Hyatt. It’s more but she stayed there no problem

The entire hotel was clean, neat and comfortable and breakfast was fine. We do have one complaint. We booked this hotel because we have an EV. When we arrived for the evening 4 of the 6 charging stations were in use and the other 2 were broken. It appeared from the signage that they had been broken for some time. I would highly recommend that this issue be addressed quickly. This necessitated our finding a public charger and paying a considerable amount. Otherwise everything was fine.

Pool was not working. This was the entire reason we booked a stay at this hotel. They were supposed to text me when the pool was fixed, I never received a text nor an update. Very disappointed. We ended up finding somewhere else to swim, but had to buy towels and pay fees to get into the pool.
