This pet-friendly apartment in Oggebbio is ideal for up to 6 guests and offers a peaceful stay with WiFi and stunning views of Lake Maggiore just 3 km away. Perfect for families or friends, the home features a bright living/dining room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double trundle bed, plus a bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. Step out onto your private terrace or enjoy the shared garden with barbecue facilities and a refreshing shared pool (10x5 m, open June to mid-September). Centrally located just 1 km from shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and 15 km from ski slopes and lifts, the apartment is an excellent base for both summer lakeside fun and winter adventures. A children's bed is available on request, and free parking is provided.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 250,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
