「The place was filthy! Whilst the bedding looked like it'd been changed, and fresh towels had been laid, nothing else had been cleaned. There was dog fur and hair all over the floors, the kitchen and all the plates/ cutlery were greasy, and the toilets hadn't even been flushed since they were last used!
We also arrived to a broken (low battery) fire alarm. We were staying with our baby. When we enquired about fixing it, we were told to take the battery out or ignore it, with a promise it'd be...
