"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. "Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure."

"Beautiful, modern, very tastefully decorated property. The front desk attendee was very hospitable, a warm welcome to our first time in Yufuin! Gems is a minute walk from the station / bus stop, and is located centrally to Yufuin town. The walk to Kinrin lake was beautiful, with views of the mountain on the street. The room we booked was incredibly spacious, and although designed for 4, did not feel too empty for 2. The bathroom is so well done and so clean, with a huge bath tub that just invites a private soak. We would stay again next time! "
