The Space:

Nestled in the gorgeous Ogunquit neighborhood of Windward, this home is on a quiet street yet only a .3 mile walk to downtown OGT (via Dana Rd to Berwick Rd) and an additional .4 mile walk to the beach. You’ll have privacy AND all the Ogunquit shops, restaurants, and beach at your fingertips.
Inside you’ll find a roomy, and open concept living space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook for your friends and family. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining room then relax on the comfortable couches in the living room. The dining room sliders open to a brand new small back deck for cookouts!
Sleeping set-up features a first floor Master bedroom complete with private bath and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a pullout sofa, one with a queen, and another with two twin bed sleeping nooks.
For those who might prefer a little separation from the other guests, the basement offers a daylight-walk out suite complete with 1 bedroom (queen), a living space, a kitchenette and a private 3/4 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower!
Property does provide Linen, towels, mattress covers, blankets, quilts, and pillows
Parking: Limit 4 cars - 2 Park in driveway, 2 cars on the street
Beach chairs and gear stowed in the garage.

Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will receive access code prior to arrival for SELF CHECK-IN. No keys provided - electronic code on front door.
DO NOT PARK prior to check-in time as cleaners have access until then to prepare for your stay. Thank you for understanding.
Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade.
