  • Welcome to our beautifully restored early-1900s carriage house studio, located on Shore Road in Ogunquit — just steps from iconic Perkins Cove, with its boutique shops, art galleries, cafés, and waterfront restaurants.

    The studio offers a comfortable sleeping area and a bathroom, along with a small kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker — perfect for easy meals and relaxed mornings.

    Once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy Ogunquit on foot, or hop on the nearby trolley to explore a bit farther.

    The property includes three rental units, and the yard and pool are shared among guests creating a friendly, laid-back atmosphere - perfect for lounging with a book, taking a dip, or simply soaking up the Ogunquit vibe.

Fantastic peoperty and location

We really enjoyed our trip to Ogunquit and really loved the location of the rental property. It was so convenient to Perkins Cove and we loved being able to walk to Marginal Way where we were able to catch the sunrise this morning! We enjoyed eating at That Place, Cove Cafe, and Barnacle Billy's which are all within walking distance. Rick and Boriana are great hosts and run a fantastic restaurant! We will be returning!

The absolute best!!

The place was perfect. So cute and clean and perfect location and on top of everything, the host was a life saver and drove us to the wedding reception after not being able to get an Uber! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back to stay here again!

The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question.

Nice studio and very comfortable!

The studio is small but it has everything we needed for our short stay. The studio was very clean (just renovated) and the location was perfect. Every day we sat at the pool for our morning coffee - the pool area was a plus. I would recommend for a short stay.

Excellent place!

The studio was clean and nicely remodeled recently. The pool was a wonderful asset. The location is perfect for walking to Perkins Cove and the Ogunquit Beach. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Loved it!

Heart of Ogunquit

The studio is in the heart of Ogunquit, close to Perkins Cove and the village center. It's on the main drag but sits behind other buildings so it's relatively quiet and private. Rick, the owner, is a great guy. We had a fun and delicious dinner in his restaurant right next door. It's a great place to stay in Ogunquit!

The best location!

Great stay. Wonderful hosts. The pool was a huge part of why staying here was so fabulous. So great to have an outdoor space to hang out at! The studio was charming. The only thing I would suggest is adding a small bureau for clothing, otherwise the unit met our needs just fine.

My husband and I enjoyed the studio, it had everything we needed. We walked to the beach, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and all the shops. Sitting at the pool with drinks was so relaxing We recommend trying "That Place" the restaurant next door. The food was excellent! \

Studio rental in Ogunquit

Enjoyed our 5 day stay in this quaint studio. Overall mostly a comfortable studio for a couple doing a short stay. The advertised amenity of queen sized bed was deceptive since it was a full size bed. There were renovations in the apartment above us which was very disruptive and noisy on Monday and half of Tuesday.

Perfect!!

Perfect, small place for myself and my son. Great location for walking to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and Ogunquit. We recommend eating at: Lobster Shack, Cove Cafe, Mike’s All Day Breakfast, deli/ market in ogunquit, scoop Deck, Egg and I. I would have loved a hairdryer in the apartment. We will be back!

Very good hosts had some difficulties with the TV and there was something in the freezer that was there and we couldn’t remove. So we couldn’t use the freezer. But the studio was comfortable for 2 people. Location was near everything.

Weekend getaway

The property was very clean, and the owners were very nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Perkin's Cove. The setup was very comfortable, with a Roku TV, love seat, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. It was too early in the season for the pool to be open, but that would be a nice amenity should we stay again in season. Having the restaurant next door is extremely convenient, not to mention that the food and drinks are delicious. We look forward to staying again!

One never knows what to expect from pictures or reviews. The cottage was small and quaint. The property owners also have a larger apartment. It is a compound with an incredible restaurant, owned by the proprietors. It is on Shore Rd, turn left and you will find the best breakfast restaurant in town. .1 of a mile you will find the beginng of the path to Parsons Way. It will end near downtown. We had a nice cool ice tea and ice cream.

Exactly what we were looking for

Very clean, accommodating studio. Perfect location, perfect size for my wife and I. Everything you need to spend a night or a week. Every square foot was utilized perfectly and interior is tastefully done. Parking in front of the studio & just outside our door is a plus. Host was very easy to reach and responded immediately answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Not too big, not too small, but just right

My husband and I went to our favorite vacation town of Ogunquite Maine and discovered some wonderful new places. The carriage house is next door to an awesome restaurant (That Place) and the carriage house itself was just perfect. It's a comfy place to lay your head, beautifully decorated and well appointed. In a smaller space, storage is important and it had that in spades. Lastly, the host Boriana was sweet, efficient, and very helpful. We definitely plan to make this an annual visit!!
