1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Loved it. Note: It’s not great for anyone that plans to cook much. There’s no stove/oven, just a portable 2 burner hot plate and very little counter space.

Best view, ideal location, and walking distance to all restaurants and Marginal Way. Beautiful and clean. Relaxing coastal theme. Host was friendly and available. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back.

Fantastic Location
We came to ogunquit for a family wedding. This condo is perfectly located and within walking distance to the beach marginal way, and dining. The condo was well equipped and comfortable and very clean. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Beautiful small two room unit overlooking Ogunquit tidal river and sea beyond. Magical evening and sunrise views and nicely appointed interior. Host Andy is quite responsive and helpful. We will return!

Best of the Best
This is our second stay at this unit and it was the best. We love the location, it's great to have view of beach and just be a few minutes walk into town. Everything is welcoming at the unit. Great place to stay!
This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!

Just left our car and walked to all the restaurants, shops and the beach was a minute walk across the bridge. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the tide flow in and out.
