"It’s nice to have a mini-breakfast from Tulley’s coffee provided by the hotel. It’s nice that the hotel can store our luggage before checking in, however, that didn’t happen after we checked out at 10am. Two bottles of water were given when we checked in but none was provided after the first day ..."

"A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."

"We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests."
