“This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered.
My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from……
