Waranino is heaven on earth. Unlike traditional ryokan, this is utterly modern and beautifully set in a wooded glen. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Someone is always there the moment you need anything. The breakfasts and dinners magnificent! Not only delicious but also plated with the eye in mind on pottery unique to the area. All in all a terrific get away spot

Stayed here for two nights, Nov 10 & 11. The property was so nice. The room was really big, clean, and comfortable. Very private. The service was excellent! The staff were all so nice. We are from Hawai’i and have been to many different onsens in Yufuin, Kinosaki, Gero, Arima, Kusatsu, Ikaho, Hakone, Nikko, and Beppu, but Sanso Warabino is the best! Service is second to none! Will return again and will recommend to our family and friends. Loved it!

새롭게 리모델링이 되어서 일본 전통 가옥의 료칸는 다른 색다른 경험이었다. 실내외 인테리어와 소품들이 매우 좋았으며, 료칸 내부를 산책할때 아주 조용 하고 평온했다. 식사는 요란하지 않으며 아주 정결하게 맛있고 만족 스러웠다. 온천 대욕장이 없었으나 객실내 실내외 온천에서도 충분히 노천같은 개방감을 느낄수 있으며 충분히 만족하며 이용할만 하다. 예약이 다소 힘들고 숙박비가 다소 높은편이나 한번쯤은 꼭 들릴만한 숙소라고 생걱된다

세가족 모두 보이는, 보이지 않는 구석구석의 세련됨과 친절함, 배려에 매우 감동하고 갑니다. 서비스도, 룸컨디션도, 식사도 정말 좋았어요. 화려하기만하고 막상 먹어보면 만족스럽지않은 가이세키도 많은데, 좋은 재료로 최고의 맛을 끌어내어 정제된 프레젠테이션으로 대접받는 기분이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 이번 겨울에 또 들를 예정입니다.

편안한 휴식처

픽업 부터 모든게 완벽했어요~ 제가 일본어를 못해서 어쩌나 걱정했는데 영어도 편안했고 한국말하시는 분이 계셔서 불편함이 없었어요 다음에 또 갈 생각입니다.

가격이 비싸서 좀 걱정은 했으나 가격 대비 시설과 써비스 부분 너무나 만족 했습니다. 온천은 개별 온천으로 되어 있어서 언제가 사용가능하고 너무 편안하게 보냈습니다. 자연도 좋았고 호텔분들도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 눈이 많이와서 기차역 나가기 힘들었으나 호텔 분들이 데려다 주시고 픽업 해 주셔서 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 다음에도 다시 가고 싶습니다.

すばらしい宿でした。

震災後に建て替えを行ったとの事で、宿泊棟やその他施設は新しく、清潔感ある部屋は最高でした。とくに内湯の浴槽は身体全体を伸ばすことができるほど広く、とてもリラックスできました。また、なによりもスタッフの方すべてが親切で、施設外のレストランや土産物の相談など、詳細に教えていただき、満足度の高い旅行になりました。また是非利用させていただきます。

スタッフの方々の気配りや対応の素晴らしさ、またお料理の美味しさ、お部屋もスタイリッシュな中に落ち着きのある空間で日頃の疲れも忘れ癒されました。 温泉も内風呂なのに大きく解放的でお湯も最高！ポカポカと暖かさが持続しました。 内風呂は好きな時間に入れるのでいいですね。 最後に女将さん自ら写真を撮ってくださり、またまた素晴らしさを実感致しました。 女子二人旅でしたが、久しぶりに気持ちの晴れる大満足の旅になり、年に一度は来たいねと約束しました。
